My work was born from wellness — and from lived experience.
I have spent years exploring the connection between the body, mind, nervous system, movement, ritual and emotional wellbeing. But some of my greatest teachers have been the losses and transitions that changed my life.
Through grief, motherhood, love, loss, and entering a new chapter of womanhood, I began to understand wellness differently — not a way to protect ourselves, but a way to come home to ourselves.
Today my work brings together movement, nervous system regulation, breathwork, somatic practices, journaling, ritual, community and honest conversations about what it means to truly live.

Wellness Social
A gathering place for women moving through change. Movement, breath, ritual and honest conversation — held in community, with room for grief, joy and everything between.
Move
Somatic movement and breath practices to meet the body where it is.
Gather
Seasonal circles and suppers — slow, intimate, unhurried.
Speak
Grief-informed conversation, held without fixing or rushing.
